Hello everyone, I am just starting out on my REI journey. I have my LLC set up, I am working on wholesaling and I have a buyer, but no property under contract. My buyer would need special terms, they are not an all cash buyer. I need help getting to my next step on how to get properties under contract. Could someone give me some guidance.
