I just came accross this, what do you think?
I'm a newbie but that sounds awesome!! I am a believer that the seller should pay that fee but it is mostly the buyer that gets stuck with it...great software for investors, then, especially if it is right on the money & excepted by the lenders!!
I am wondering if it would "hold up" or if you would have to still be an appraiser who is using the software....hmmmmm....but good maybe for knowing what it will appraise at (or about) - if it is accurate
