Investing while living overseas

Hello Everyone,

I am very interested in investing in real estate, but I am currently living overseas in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

If anyone has tips, suggestions and/or advice on how to accomplish my investing goals I would greatly appreciate it.

@Ryan Budil,

I refi'd a couple US properties as well as did a 1031 exchange while I lived in Dubai.  There is some planning involved as the only notary is the US Embassy and you have to have an appointment.  They charge $50 per page.

Investing from overseas is certainly more challenging, but that tax-free money you are earning does make it easier to get financing.
