first time EVERYTHING

brand new to invest world i just recently turned 30 years old i currently work multiple jobs..i have a steady income and am currently getting my credit back into shape..what are some options for first time investments or flips..i was thinkinf of buying a property and renting it out pr flipping it just to get started i have been very indecisive..any suggestions would be helpful and thank you..i live in hampton roads area in Virginia Beach VA

There are a few multi-unit properties in your area. Get a good, investor friendly Realtor, and buy multi-unit properties. Use FHA for their low down payment financing and live in one of the units while renting the other units out.
