Help find funding for first fix and flip

Hello everyone, I'm new to BiggerPockets, I got on here for the education, which I have learned a lot and I'm ready to do my first rehab project! I recently found a group in my community that is a wholesaling team that finds deal and sells them to investors. They have great deals to choose from. The only problem is the funding for the deal, I have attempted hard money which is still pending and unable to borrow from my family. Are there any other ideas to find funding for my first fix and flip? Any information will help! Thank you!

Welcome to BP! One option could be maybe you can find a JV (joint venture) partner that can put up some cash while you handle more of the project management of the deal?

Will you have any cash to put up? It may be tough to find funding without any cash coming out of your (or a partners) pocket.
