Baltimore Re-zoning sfh to duplex
Purchasing house in Baltimore. This house has great potential to easily be converted to a duplex. I am looking for advise about rezoning properties in Baltimore. Specifically, do i need a licensed architect to create drawings that I need to submit with my rezoning application and any words of advise during for the hearing.
