Investing for beginners

Hello BP! I was wondering for a person like me who is fairly new and is just getting started in real estate where should be my starting point? Is their a certain type of deals I should be doing for  beginners ? I'm currently in NWI and is also looking to invest local.. just hoping I could get some great feedback from you  guys ! Thanks !

Your starting point is education.

There is a vast amount to learn before beginning high risk investing. Most of which is available on line. It is a process that takes intense study and can take a considerable amount of dedicated time. 6 months to a year of study for most beginners.

House hack is kindergarten level learning.
