Hi, Guys, I would love to network any seasoned L.A. based real estate investors.  I am a televison producer who has been leveraging into real estate for a few years now.  Please feel free to chime in if anyone has experience or suggestions on a particualr investment strategy in this market. Buy & Hold? Flip?
