17 year old who needs knowledge

I am a 17 year old from the Austin, Texas area who is wanting to get into real estate once I turn 18. Any thoughts on me getting into real estate so early? Also is it better to get into residential or commercial first once I do get my license??

yes! Buy your first house with an FHA loan. Refi or move in a few years and you'll have a great start in life. Best of luck.
