Where to start, I need advice?!

Hello! I am a 22 year old college student in Atlanta, GA looking to get into real estate with no money. I have been passionate about real estate for the past two years, studying all that I can. I've even been to those sketchy real estate investor trainings where they ask for 20k to learn. All in all I'm glad to have found bigger pockets and I hope it will open all the right doors. Atlanta is the perfect place to invest so, where should I start?

Kaylyn.

I'm 22 years young as well. We've got plenty of time in front of us. What I would recommend is networking as much as possible. Learn learn learn. Analyze as many deals as you possibly can. Then once you've networked a bunch and have found people who are interested in investing and you have found a good deal, you can have that partner come and do the project with you and fund the deal. Of course if you have funds yourself then it all becomes a lot easier but its hard to save much being 22 years old.
