Buy and Hold investors Sacramento, CA

Hello,

I am Scott Bishop, 21 years old and very interested in becoming a real estate investor. This is my first post on BP. Here is a little snippet of why I am even here. I am interested in Buy and Hold properties mainly for the reason that I want to be financially free. Once I reach that point, my work doesn't stop there. I will continue to invest, but at least by then I can spend the majority of my time focusing on personal goals and giving back. Ive read that wholesale and flipping is just like creating a job for yourself. I don't want a job, I want to be free. Not saying wholesaling or flipping is wrong, as far as I know I don't want to be apart of it.

I have been doing my own research, listening to hours and hours and hours of podcasts. Reading books and online research. Something Ive learned from all of those sources is that in order to succeed, you need to go out and learn it first hand. I do not know anyone in my family, or friends of family who is a real estate investor.

I am looking for someone in the Sacramento who would be willing to meet with me and just talk. Take me through the ropes and help me get some real life experience. I believe that in any relationship with someone, both sides always learn from each other. I have an incredible work ethic, and a flexible schedule. I am self employed, I know what it takes to put in the time and effort to win. Just looking for guidance from someone who has done it.

Thanks,

Scott
