New to Bird dogging

Im a newbie bird dog. I am in Long Island NY, theres alot of stuff out here. If anyone has tips on how to get a buyers list going and where to find investors let me know. Its been a rough road for me so far and I dont want to get discouraged

Well its pretty easy you just have to be a little creative. Look through your tax records or go on listsource.com to get a list of absentee owners that have bought more than one property in the last 6 months. You know they are active buyers, also call people in your area and ask them if they want to get on your buyers list. If your a birddog then i don't know why you need to have a buyers list, all you do as a birddog is find leads and then when it closes you get paid. you don't normally handle other parts of the process because your only getting paid a small fee if you do more than find the deals you should just be doing them on your own and making much better money.
