How do I find reliable stand up contractors that I can trust in the city of Chicago. How do you determine the good contractors from the bad

I'd ask your agent, both contractors we are working with came from a referral from our agents. As for how you know they are good, you don't....so interview them as much as you can, meet them in person, ask to see previous work, ask for referrals, etc.
