Everyone, would love some feedback on the best way to get involved in REI. Or some recommendations . I see the TV shows on Rehab , I/E buying a rehab investing x dollars and making profit , buying foreclosures and selling, rental properties, Preconstruction .....

I would love to rehab, not the most handy person, but would get dirty. Thank You for help and support -
