Cheap yellow letter campaign

Hi everyone. I'm thinking about starting to do some yellow letters in my area just to test the waters. I don’t want to spend a lot as a test. What’s the most condensed criteria to use on list source to get the most bang for your buck. I’ve heard 40 yrs old or older but being cheap should I only look for 60 or older? I’m sure there are leads in. The criteria but I want a super concentrated list. Thanks

If you're looking to go cheap with maximum responses, then go to your local assessor's office and put together a tax delinquent list instead or do some D4D. You still will need to sustain your campaign for at least 6 mailings.
