Hey guys I am new to Jax working full time but looking to do real estate investing on the side. I am also in real estate school anticipating getting my license at the end of November. Can anyone share any success stories here in Jax with real estate investing. I am looking to scale to multi-family as quickly as possible so any multi-family stories are much appreciated.
