Hey Guys im Starting of the real estate market as a wholesaler first just to get my foot wet. Can anyone lead me to the direction where to find wholesale contracts. As well anyone in the Tri State area NEW YORK who's willing to couch? Thank in advance.

    You can check the FilePlace for a contract. Always have contracts reviewed by a local attorney.

    Definitely use a lawyer for your first one. Especially wholesaling in NY. You have to be really careful.
