Hi I️m a 20 year old full time worker as a service technician, looking to jump into the investment side of real estate. For someone who has good credit, no bills, little money (but steady income) and passion, what do you suggest I️ do..?
Save up enough money for a down payment or be able to pay for a property in cash? Borrow? Partner up? Any feedback is appreciated!
