Seller offering to buy warranty on Duplexes

Hi, I'm in the process of closing on 2 duplexes and the seller is offering a $500/duplex for warranty. What are some of the companies to consider that you've had experience with? The credit is strictly for buying warranty and cannot be used for anything else so I'm looking for recommendations on home warranty companies that cover duplexes that are better than others.
