I'm new to the wholesaling business and I was curious to know How can I assign an preforeclosure? Will an investor be interested in obtaining an home in preforeclosure being that the mortgage still needs to be paid off? Also will they be willing to paying an assignment fee? Please give me feedback, Thank You.

You will be wasting your time and everyone else's if you try this. You would be better off letting the owner go into foreclosure and actually buy the home cheaper then.

The bank is not going to let you make any money here. You might consider buying a bank foreclosure. To save you posting another thread, the answer is no, you can not assign a bank foreclosure. Good luck
