I am currently in a job that I enjoy and plan on staying with for as long as I can but I am looking for the opportunity to earn supplemental income to further enhance my families financial situation. My current financial situation offers me the opportunity to invest and my current employment offers a very flexible schedule with a lot of free time within my work week. ultimately I am looking to be a real estate investor / rehabber. I offer a unique combination of white collar and blue collar experience. My experience as an aviation officer in the US army has given me the skills to, manage, problem solve, influence, coordinate and make on the spot decisions. The experience I gained working in the home improvement field (residential and commercial) includes diagnosing, repair, estimating repair cost, networking with contractors etc. I'm looking for the opportunity to shadow an experienced real estate investor rehabber.
