Has anyone been financed through HomePath Mortgages?
Im about to apply for a my first home loan and want to take advantage of the HomePath Mortgage low down payment and the fact that I dont have to live at the residence. Has anyone had experience with this lender? They also only finance bank repossessed homes. Would you recommend investing in those homes and financing the repair cost? Or do the bank repossessed homes come with too much extra baggage?
