Financing for 20 Y/O

I am a 20 year old college student with a low-six-figures net worth. I hold a software job, and have for several years, but most of my money came from cryptocurrency. I have invested for several years in the S+P, and am now interested in real estate investing.

I would like to get financing for the purchase. Is this even possible with my young age and low work experience? Am I being overzealous? Thanks!
