Hello all, I recently just moved to Austin, Tx to follow my dream in buying property(New York was WAYYY to expensive). I'm looking to get into some apartment complex deals. Have about 150k sitting in the bank. Looking for partners or a mentor to show me the ropes. Ive done lots of my homework and studied the ins and outs of real estate for the past 3 years. I'm 23, so i wanna start early as possible! If anyone has any advice, that'd be greatly appreciated, thanks!!
