I have been reading these post for a couple days now and been overwhelmed with great information. My main question is is there a book or something I can get to help me understand how to get started without alot of money. I hear everyone talking about wholesell well do I buy these properties from a realitor? Basicly what is the best route to take with very little money to get me feet wet. I live in a small town with a good realestate market is good and prices are reasonable but I am lost of how to get the funds to get started and info will be greatly helpful
