Hello BPs! Just getting started with Real estate investing and leaning more towards wholesaling. I’m in Mississippi and I wanted to know what are some good ways to research the overall market if I’m new to it, what are some techniques I could use that would be helpful, what are things I could be looking up, what keys help me to predict appreciation/depreciation in the future other than reading local articles.
