seasoned rookie questions
Hello All,
My name is Dan the first home I bought was a duplex and I am looking to grow my business. My wife and small children have moved into another home and are looking to make some more investments after being able to save for a 20% down payment.
My concern is on the financial strategy part. I am not putting money aside for maintenance, I am not making extra payments on principal. I am just wondering if there are some veterans out that that could offer some advise.
