Considering purchasing this investment property
Hi all,
Pardon my silly question but I’m ready to make an investment in a rental property and wanted to ask, since this would be my first property purchase (overall - I currently rent) how would first obtaining a long to purchase an investment property affect my ability to obtain a loan with similar advantages to a first time home buyer in order to purchase a home to live in with my family at a later point (2 or so years later)?

Yes that's the goal as i'm limited in my local market.
