Hello. I'm new to Bigger Pockets and I've been reading a lot about turnkey investment companies. I'm very interested in the mostly passive income streams even if the costs might be higher than doing it myself. I'm young and have no real estate experience other than buying my own primary residence. I have a full time job so the time-saving and mostly hands-off aspect of turnkeys is very appealing to me. I'm looking for reputable turnkey companies that operate in the Columbus, Ohio area. If anyone has any suggestions or advice for how to get started please reach out!

 What landed you on Columbus? Do you live there? Most folks who look to Ohio for turnkey don't go with Columbus as it's priced so much higher than other parts of that state.
