How to find a Broker to sponsor me for my Real Estate Exam

Hello my name is Tameka, I reside in Cleveland, Ohio and I just finished taking my Real Estate courses to becoming a Real Estate agent . I am seeking advice as to how I should go about finding a Broker to sponsor me so I can take my Exam. Do I have to become apart of that firm?
