Property evaluation software
Hello everyone,
My name is Ryan Marsh and me and my Significant other Amber Allen are trying to get into the real estate market to spend more time with our son. My first encounter with real estate was one of the Real Estate elevated seminars which went over the basics of wholesaling, rental properties, and flipping properties. I know a lot of the information was solid(although readily available through sites like this) but I noticed they had a web application at repropfinder.com. Does anyone know of any equivalents that I could use or purchase on my own? I'm looking forward to starting this journey but I want to make sure I have all the tools I need to make the right choices and find the best deals in my area.
Thank you in advance!

@Ryan Marsh Honestly, none of that type of data is proprietary. You would be better served by developing your investment criteria, budget, goals, objectives and plan. Follow this up by networking with local realtors and investors.
The residential market is already very open. Hardly any software is going to give you a leg up.
