Trusted Wholesalers and Out-of-State Flips

Hey all,

Looking for a decent amount of referrals to trusted wholesalers. I am in New Hampshire, but am open to out-of-state flips since NH is a tough market to crack at the moment. I am fairly new to this, so I am having a hard time wading through who I can really trust will give me a decent deal. I am aware of the "big" ones (Networth and New Western), but am wondering about smaller ones out there willing to walk me through the process. I have access to some capital and even some private money beyond that, so I am ready to go. I just need some guidance. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

I would caution you on the two big companies I have funded a few folks that bought through them and they have all been poor properties for too much money..

I can't think of a risker thing to do than out of state flipping for the smaller investor. you need to have someone on the ground that you know VERY well and trust.. and you are going to have a hard time finding that person on the internet or reading a book on how to do it.. theories are great .. reality is way different..

If your a one man shop I would only do deals you can drive to and control.

there is a reason most banks wont lend to folks that live more than an hour from their project.
