Starting in the Utah market

Hi everyone,

I'm wanting to get into real estate in Utah. I have helped family in California flipping houses for renting. Would like to get started in Utah. I don't have any capital, but would like to help other investors in flipping or renting so I can get some experience in the process. I am interested in getting into house hacking. Thanks for any help you can give.
