real estate websites

Bigger Pockets, My House Deals, Happy Investor, Real Estate Mogul and more. There are many real estate investing websites out there and I have already joined the CFRI my local chapter of real estate investors.  Most of the websites are free to a certain extent but to have access to what seems to be the better information or deals or whatever, you need to pay a monthly fee. 

I don't see a problem with that and would like to join one of the above mentioned or possibly a different one.

So my questions are:

Should I just go ahead and join the PRO version here? 

What are the best advantages for joining the Pro version?

Should I also join another site in tandem with this one, if so which one?

Has anyone else used any of the other sites mentioned or different sites and how are they after joining, what are the advantages?

Are there any other recommended clubs or websites that have advantages?

Hoping I can get some feedback from people who have actually used these different sites.
