Just bought house duplex from auction.com and went to  the location and one side look to be moving out with moving boxes and belongs close to the door, the other side was completely locked up, screen door and blinds closed neither sided answered. Would I need to go through the eviction process on one or both units or could I go and knock and if I get no answer change the locks? The property is in Indiana
