Real Estate Principal Broker Sponsor in Eugene OR

I'm in the process of getting my real estate license in Oregon. My main goal (initially) is to be my own agent to buy and sell investment properties. I'll eventually venture into buying/selling properties for others, but not initially. Do you have any recommendations on an agency that would sponsor me on the licensee knowing that I'm not going to be actively working as a buyers/seller's agent other than on a limited part-time basis? I saw a similar question asked 3 years ago, that had some brokerage names, but haven't found anything more recent.
