Hi, I am a newbie and looking to get into rental investing especially single family homes. Want to see how to get access to the MLS / how to identify good investment properties. Who is a good real estate investor in town that can help find good buys? I know the area pretty well and what parts of town are growing. Could use some advice on getting the loan and setting up the contract.
