Getting Started: Wholesaling

Hello Bigger Pockets  Family - 

My name is Keith, a SoCal based wholesaler who is new to this online community. 

After 15 years as an IT Consultant, I've taken that leap into real estate investing. 

I'm just getting starting and I'm looking to build systems that could generate 5 to 10 deals a month; nationwide.  

I would love to connect with "positive, like minded" wholesalers,...brokers, title companies and attorneys. 

My motto is...for every obstacle, there's an opportunity. 

Often times it's easy to caught up in the negative, but I'm here to network with folks who are determined to find solutions!
