Survey - Corner Markers
I am a new investor, and under contract to buy a two unit house and living in one unit and renting the other (house-hacking).
My lender requires a survey to be done. My attorney is asking me if I want corner markers as well. The house is on a corner lot, - on two sides it has road, and the other two sides are two neighbors.
Just trying to get some tips if the corner markers would serve a good purpose, and if I should get it now.
