Live N Flip or House Hacking?

Hello all, Question for all of you experienced investors out there! My wife and I are starting out our investing journey and we’re deciding which direction to go with for our first investment. Single Family (Live N Flip) or Multifamily House Hacking. Most likely going to go with the FHA or 203K route as this is our first major investment. Thoughts? Best Wishes, Richard
