Hey everyone! Been listening to the BP podcast for some time now and just downloaded the app so I figured I’d throw out an introduction. My names Larry and live in Monroeville (about 25 min south of Philadelphia). I have been working in the construction field for the last 11 years and am getting ready to close on my first flip! I’m looking forward to making some connections and meeting some awesome investors!
