Hello, I am a new/aspiring real estate investor. I’m so excited to start making offers on properties but unsure how to source trustworthy contractors and inspectors to look at them before purchasing. How have you navigated this successfully?

@Jessica Kaklins You call around to licensed inspectors and contractors . Now just remember , nobody works for free , you will be paying a contractor and or an inspector to look at each and every house you put an offer on .

Word of mouth is probably the best way to meet any professional in any field. Ex: using a contractor that a friend had excellent experience with. Contractors whom are not Trustworthy will not stay in business long look at how long they've been in business. Look for licenses, insurance certificates etc.
