Just started out doing Northern Nevada Wholesaling
Looking to expand my team in the Northern Nevada area!
Here are some questions I have.
How do you all do out of state deals when it comes to funding? I am looking for out of state as well as in state investors that would be interested in cash purchases as deals come up.
Are bird dogs a thing still? After the research i've done it seems like wholesaling is the way to go now.
What do investors look for when dealing with wholesalers from personal experience?
