Wholesaling in Memphis, TN
My name is Marwin Jennings. I’m a very ambitious 21 year old student of real estate investment from Memphis, TN. Like many investors, I plan to use wholesaling as an avenue to different types of niches. I have a foundational understanding of wholesaling transactions and I’ve even placed a few bandit signs around the city in the past.
