@Jose Gale if you are new you can offer to help someone that is currently doing a lot of deals. A great place to meet them would be at one of the local networking groups or to follow some of the Facebook groups for Pittsburgh Real Estate Investing. 

Just offer to do anything that might help, door knocking, helping with direct mail, etc.
