Should I get into house flipping with a USDA loan?
So I was wondering about the benefits of the USDA no down payment loans as a means of getting into house flipping. However, the only allow loans for houses in suburban/rural areas, with a commitment to improving the land. I wanna try and find some deals in the rural areas of New Jersey, any ideas on how to get good deals there?
