What questions do I need to ask when analyzing the purchase of multiple single family properties? What information should I request the seller provide?

Are you referring to buying a portfolio of properties? As in a seller has 5 SFH's that s/he is trying to sell all together?

@Nicole Heasley . Yes. There are 11 SFH’s. I just submitted a contract to purchase them all.

 You ask for the same info you normally would if it was a single purchase.  Run your analysis and look at each property differently and as a whole.
