Going to my first REIA meetup!

I’m stepping out and going to my first Real Estate Meetup tonight, really looking to introduce myself to the community and begin building relationships. Any tips on how to approach people, especially seasoned Investors. what questions I should be asking, even help on body language etc. Will be welcomed!
