@Alan Faitel This may fall under rentals landlords You find ads for rent on craIgslIst or places that have for rent signs and contact the owner . Shocking how well that works . I’ve got several responses this way by posing as a tenant and asking if they want to sell . Many respond and start throwing out numbers !
