Familiar with Listsource ?

I want to use listsource.com to put together my mailing list but I'm not sure how to build my list since I have not done so before. There are many options on the website such as geography, mortgage, property, demographics, foreclosure and so if your used to putting together a list its probably not that complicated, however the criteria I have does not include all those options. Need some help.
